The initial call was fantastic and I left feeling quite relieved and very confident. The process did take an incredibly long time though, and I felt at points as though I was repeating myself and re-sending information I'd already provided. I also found the offer to book a meeting to discuss my home insurance very pushy and when I pushed back on it, I felt they were a bit rude about it.
