I spent 2 weeks trying to get compensation off Partypoker for a tournament that got cancelled after 3 hours of play, it was supposed to be settled within 72 hours and it took 2 weeks before I got IBAS involved and 2 days later I received my compensation. Gambling sites will come up with all sorts of excuses and as soon as you mention IBAS they panic.

Straight away received an email to say they would be willing to look into my case for me. I truthfully didn't have much hope but less than 24hours later I received an email from William Hill to say they has transferred my funds to my PayPal. I was very happy with the outcome at how quick and effient that were with dealing with my case. Thanks once again! ☺️

Waste of Space. IBAS and all these "independent"middle parties, just side with betting companies. In my case they sided with SportsBroker when a bet was place and I won, but the returns would have been minus my orginal stake.

Når den eksterne harddisken ble oversendt til Ibas og den var analysert, fikk jeg tilbakemelding på hvor stor sannsynligheten for gjenvinning var. I mitt tilfelle ble omtrent 97 % av 3,6 TB gjenvunnet. Fantastisk kundevennlighet, kjempegod oppfølging i gjenvinningsprosedyren og fantastisk dyktige folk som klarte å gjenvinne innholdet på disken. Anbefaler Ibas på det sterkeste. De vet hvordan kunder skal behandles og de er utrulig dyktige i faget sitt.
