Very limited range in 450g tubs and recently put the price up when it’s already expensive. The cats do eat it, only the rabbit though they won’t touch any of the 450g tubs. Wish they’d introduce more to the range.

My cat prefers this food to any other. Especially the most expensive pigeon :) I feed her 80% Purrform and 20% other high meat content to keep her a bit flexible for when I go away and someone else has to feed her. Purrform a freeze dried raw food like Stella and Chewy’s would be an amazing addition for the odd times when nothing but dry will do and for the frat ball. So far the customer service has been spot on. The phone is answered immediately and they have been helpful. Once when the person who answered was quite obviously in the midst of meat grinding but the phone was still answered.

Nothing wrong with the food it’s the customer service that’s appalling. Sent my order to someone else with all my personal details attached to it. Didn’t bother to reply to my email of complaint despite saying that they have - they haven’t. Really need to get some customer skills. With regard to your response- you are fully aware that the person who received my order opened my invoice and called me twice- the 2nd time to tell me you where not collecting the food. You did not email me today but you have taken the time to respond to my reviews and a message on Instagram because people can see these. Your customer service does not exist and you should be more careful with peoples delivery information given the risk of online fraud. I think you only refunded myself after I emailed you today but you certainly sent no email to me. Customer service is as important as the product you are selling.

"Transformed my old cat!!"

Transformed my old cats dreadful bowel habits for the better. It is now quite clear that my 14 year old cat suffered for a couple of years with a sensitive bowel, dreadful stools, wind and cramping. After many trips to the vet, aside from a thyroid issue which they treated with thyronorm they were at a loss too. Nor did he like the brand Royal Canin. Last ditch attempt was the raw food option. After 2 weeks of weaning he was transformed! Loved the food, put on healthy weight, solid stools for the first time in 2 years!!! No wind!! And I as his owner am transformed too, it has taken a whole weight off my mind. Well packaged, delivered and loved from our household!

We have used Purrform for about 3 years - ordering similar food monthly. The food is of great quality and I couldn’t imagine feeding my cats anything else. Over the course of the 3 years there have been 2 occasions of which I have needed to contact Customer Service about issues. On both occasions the company had gone out of its way to rectify things and this is why they have my returning business.

"Convenience and high quality"

I have been using Purrform for my two cats for about 2 years now and my cats love it. One won't eat anything else and the other likes as a treat in small amounts. The main reason I continue to buy this product is convenience, the single packets that I can just pull out the freezer a few hours before use make this so easy.
I wish it was sold more locally but I have never found anything to match it.

I am satisfied with their products. I have been raw feeding my cats and when i found Purrform it made it easier for me to continue their diet. Everytime I put down their meal, they finished everything and nothing was gone to waste. Very easy and properly prepared. I never had any issue with their packaging, its neat and fresh. Deliveries are always on time. I just wish its cheaper it’s the only con but the quality is superb. My cats love it.
