So I signed up with Avado in order to have a change in career, with a highly demanding week over Christmas with no real reward. I kept my demanding contract as I did my studies, I thought at one point I was failing my studies and thought I bit off more than I could chew with my commitments, was able to get my work looked at again by Sofia and it’s actually given me hope. Both Sofia and Frederica have been great and supportive with my studies and I would highly recommend :)

I have just passed CIPD Level 3 with Avado and cannot recommend it to new starters enough. From someone who was very new to the HR field, it is a very friendly, easy to use platform with huge support available from the team at Avado. I have now secured a great job in the HR field and very happy I made my decision to start my HR path with Avado.

I have now signed up for Level 5 and would like to thank Mona Liaquat for her support and guidance when I was initially signing up for Level 3 as well as Level 5. Thank you for the knowledge and advice it has really helped me to know what to expect in the course!

I would also like to thank Federica Grisanti for her wonderful support. In one of my assignments I was struggling to understand part of it and reached out for support. I had a speedy response and a call scheduled, where she had been very informative, which resulted in me understanding the task more and a pass in that assignment! She really showed how she was there to help and was left feeling very supported to reach out for help again if needed after the call.

Really pleased I chose this company for my study. Great support and easy to navigate portal with masses of info. My tutor Mark Beacham is always responsive and great on virtual sessions.

"Overcharged "

I'm very disappointed with Avado Learning. I was overcharged by £100 and, despite many attempts to resolve this, I never received a refund.
Communicating with their financial team has been incredibly difficult; they rarely respond, and when they do, nothing gets resolved. This experience has been frustrating and I wouldn't recommend Avado Learning based on my experience.

I struggled so much with my first assignment and didn't feel I had the support from the tutor at all. I had to delay my course due to our son being hospitalised. Britt was then my next cohort teacher and I understood and learnt so much. I panicked when I had a refer, but Mark put me at ease and reassured me what I was telling him was correct and what I didn't know he helped guide me. The response time from Mark was very impressive. My experience so far has been great. Im new to learning at this level and my Tutor Mark Beacham has made the course bearable and easy to understand. I enjoyed the cohort live sessions as they were really thought out and helped me with the assessment criteria. I found this to be beneficial.
