Mark Beacham has been my tutor so far, Gearing up for Module 3 next. Mark has been extremely accessible and helpful throughout and makes learning the content and breaking down criteria super easy and learnable.

I think Avado is a good choice to study the CIPD Level 5 if you like having a strong structure to guide the study. It is a lot of hard work to stick to the 6-7 weeks time for each assessment but it brings you to finish the CIPD in just under a year instead of dragging it for years. The tutor sessions are really helpful and just on their own worth the fee. Michael is a responsive tutor who gets back on questions and requests of support.

"No response to queries?"

Bad service, made an enquiry a month ago regarding CIPD Level 5 payment plans and they have completely ignored me.

I had to make a second enquiry 2 weeks later under a different email and they rang me, the man on the phone couldn't be less interested in onboarding me -- he sent over some guides and then have not heard anything else since, no attempt at contact, nothing.

Also, charging people for resubmissions? Money grabbing to the highest extent!

Ending up going with DPG for my CIPD, cheaper and faster response time.

I have completed previous courses with alternative providers that have been hard to follow and had little to no support. Avado has been great in terms of the live tutor sessions, feedback and quick responses to any questions / queries. It is fast paced and can feel a little daunting but the tutor is great at explaining and the other members of the cohort are also supportive. I am currently on module 2 so nowhere near finished yet but I am pleased with how this is going so far.

I have just completed level 3 in People Practice and Federica and Sofia were our tutors and I found Federica's learning style suited to me better. I did ask a few questions through the Avado help page and had an answer from Federica the same day each time with a lengthy reply to help me. I felt very supported and have enjoyed the course

"Complaint Regarding Unfair Practices and Poor Support on the Platform"

They rejected the video I uploaded, claiming I failed to follow the instructions, even though the instructions were never properly explained in the first place! When I had only two units left, they demanded that I complete them within two weeks or face an additional charge. Isn’t this financial exploitation? Why would a platform, supposedly providing educational services, resort to such deceptive practices? To make matters worse, they don’t even respond to messages, leaving you to feel as if no one is managing the platform at all. It’s truly concerning, and if I could go back in time, I would have chosen a better platform. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of them. Now I’m left with no choice but to switch to another platform, just as I was nearing the end of the programme. It’s deeply disappointing.
