"Terrible Experience"

No end of issues on this course - technical issues (account would occasionally be 'suspended' so I couldn't access the materials, then go live again at random times), payment issues (being told I hadn't paid after the money had been taken by them), lack of support (there is no contact with your tutor and if you request this on average you are waiting a week, which if you have a quick question you need clarifying before you can continue your assignment is a huge hold up) and a lack of response when the above queries were raised with them.

Would not recommend and will not be using them for my next course. I would suggest using a local college instead so you are not in a cohort with hundreds of other people and will be able to have contact with your tutor.

My primary motivation for writing this review is to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for my tutor, Federica. Her exceptional guidance has truly elevated my learning experience.

First and foremost, Federica demonstrates remarkable patience, ensuring that everyone understands the material and the specific requirements of each assessment.

Secondly, her kind and engaging personality creates a supportive learning environment. Despite the diverse levels of experience within our cohort, she is attentive to each individual, offering encouragement and consistently bringing a cheerful disposition to our sessions.

Finally, the sheer speed and responsiveness of her communication. The fact that Federica replies to questions so quickly has been an invaluable support. This speed of feedback was completely unexpected and has made a significant difference to my progress.

I've heard stories about other CIPD providers and their online self-learning programs, but AVADO, with its excellent tutors and prompt feedback, has clearly mastered this approach. What's also impressed me is the sense of community we've developed within our cohort. Even though we are learning remotely, there's a genuine camaraderie that has made the journey feel less isolating.

Federica, your work is truly superb!

i have just finished learning with Avado and waiting for my CIPD pass now i found Avado really helpful as i learned alongside working the tutors were brilliant and Britt my tutor was amazing and very helpful. i would defo recommend this company.

They confirmed that my problem was resolved on Nov 2024 (i.e. they took £145.10 from my account)
I contacted the bank, who refunded me the amount, pending the investigation
Later, they said it was sorted and I didn't have to do anything!
And, surprise!!! Avado, they don't want to refund the money!!!

I have recently completed my CIPD Level 5 with Avado and I would happily recommend them. Fantastic tutor support sessions from my tutor Mark Beacham plus great course material and support.

Avado are a great provider, I've just finished my CIPD Level 5 and thanks to Britt Webster, I felt confident enough that I would pass each time. She was a great help and really spent time explaining. My only suggestion would be to have more sessions throughout the units, 2 is great but with a full-time job its hard to access these live (especially when I had specific q's).
