Britt's tutor sessions are amazingly good, she is very clear, concise and you genuinely feel supported. I have sent questions which are answered, she acknowledges during the lesson as well but not so much it goes off track. Britt's delivery is very well planned and covers everything you need in a step by step approach.

Using Avado has been a huge mistake!

The platform isnt user friendly, there is no support. they constantly change the goalposts, they advertise a SLA of 3 days, but then continually email to extend this. they promise assignments will be marked in a week, currently this is up to 3 weeks.

The information on the user hub Is incorrect, you dont have access anytime and it is not at all flexible.

Avado sells a dream and delivers disappointment.

Mark is a great tutor, on the unit I was a bit purplexed to find out suddenly that Britt would be delivering it. I have to say, her presentation and skill set was easily understood and her template and 'How to guide' was a literal life saver. I never got a chance to watch the live recordings, but I enjoyed watching them back. I don't want to go on as it may hurt Mark's feelings lol.

I have to say thank you to Michael Ranft (my tutor) Britt and Mark for their online classes. After following their advice I always got a 3 or 4 in my CIPD Level 5 assignments. To be honest, they are the main reason I got some support to pass successfully the assessments. I can't give it a 5 as the resources provided and the support from the platform is minimum, you have to put all the effort to get the best resources, the ones in the CIPD hub aren't great etc so expect to put all your effort, for me was a very taught year to meet all the deadlines on time and pass all of them with a great score; as said the platform and resources you can find there aren't the best and nobody can check your work before is sent. Thank you to my tutor and the others that helped with the lessons but the format of the platform and how is managed, it wasn't what I expected.
