These people are total scamming lying cheats.They deliberately sell flights to people knowing that covid restrictions barred uk citizens from taking flights. Avoid them totally .

I bought a ticket for usa in July government policies did not allow any flights for UK citizens i have a current esta children living there.. and told by travel agents "Were in business to sell tickets" and can use it another time would not orange voucher took £100 deposit the rest insisted on bank transfer leaving me uncovered on USA citizens and they knew this but denied it persistently
Aerialroutes are scammers and now said the ticket is only good for 9 mths keep changing the goal posts
Never go to travel Agents NO PROTECTION
