Excellent service from Lewken Plumbing and Heating, new boiler installation and associated works carried out from start to finish in a very efficient manner. Initial meeting with Jamie was very informative and thorough, and the works carried by Alex and Brandon was excellent, no fuss, very tidy and neat. Would definately recommend their services.

I fully understand why they got so many 5 star reviews and I must leave one too.

Where shall I start? They called me for a quote for a boiler upgrade from conventional to a combi. The quote was exactly 45% cheaper than British Gas and about 20% cheaper than all the others.

Jamie told me that Ben will arrive at 8 am for the work on the scheduled day and he was there right on time.

The work was completed in a professional manner and Ben explained the work on each stages.

Ben removed all the old tanks, pipes, left everything in a very neat condition.

At the end of the work, Ben went through all the controls, paperworks and where to call in case of any issues.

In top of the normal work, Ben has also investigated and fixed a slow leak which which was slowly damaging the kitchen ceiling over few years and there were no additional charge for it.

From start to finish, I can’t fault anything and Ben was amazing. A 5 star review is not enough for them… it should be 5+ A*.

A huge thank you to Jamie, Lindsey and Alex. Booked the boiler in for a new one, it must have heard me, and two days before the exchange it packed up. With someone in the house with heath needs, it was very important that we were without a boiler. Jamie and Lindsey, did an amazing job of sorting us out with next day installation. Absolute Super Hero's. I am most thankful to them, and the wonderful Alex who was most patient with the installation. He had a tough job to do, and did it with great customer service. Would fully recommend them 💯%
