I really have to say, that if there is a bug, the Quix support team really works on the problem until the problem is solved. I had a issue with social elements, which have been somehow hidden. The support team was really working hard on it to solve. Thx to Zannatun and all the others.

The web contact form does not work.
The page has no Imprint - it is unclear with whom one is doing business with.
The contact email address given on the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy page is invalid and the street address is incomplete.
The payment process by credit card is buggy. The credit card payment process ended with a error "The payment was not completed" but in fact the payment process was completed. The product appeared in the orders list and the credit card was billed.

I have been using Quix for over 4+ years. It is so easy to use that I never had to ask for any help or submit any ticket. Recently I am migrating my new site to 3 Tier deployment along with a new design. While everything was going smoothly, suddenly one day after the Joomla update, Quix stop working properly. Although the mistake was mine. I was not able to restore from backup with the working site. So I end up submitting a support ticket. I was surprised they responded within a few hours (most likely due to time differences). Md Zannatun Nime was extremely helped fully in helping resolve this issue. For the past 2 days, he has been helping me restore my site. It is now restored fully and I am grateful to Md Zannatun Nime for his help
