I was looking for a pagebuilder for Joomla and based on reviews decided to have a look at Quix. There was a special offer on the Themexpert website. I decided to buy Quix Mini agency for $73 instead of $149. Unfortunately, at checkout it turned out I was going to be charged $149 because the prefilled (by Themexpert themselves) discount code wasn't valid. So I did not go through with the sale. I contacted them to ask what was wrong and this is their full reply: "Thank you for your feedback. The discount code has expired already. Previously, there was a discount for our 51 years of independence. And soon will update the pricing."
Incorrect price and discount code are still on their website today, after my complaint. It seems this company does not feel bound to their own prices, not legally and not from a customer satisfaction point of view.
