"Thank you!"
I ordered drilled and slotted rotors for my BMW 435i. The parts came quickly, fit great, and perform perfectly. Thanks!

"When I ordered my rotors and brake pads…"
When I ordered my rotors and brake pads I hadn't been aware of multiple model configurations. So the first order wasn't the right parts. Tony was able to get the right parts.
Now I'm happy with the new parts.
Thank you

"ORDER# 426275"
ORDER# 426275
Per (BP) -Brake Performance "Proper Installation" paperwork it specifically states that LEFT & RIGHT are etched on the rotor hat so that you install them properly when you recieve your rotors =good business, good customer service and ensures "safety" =peace of mind.
The rotors that I purchased for my vehicle did NOT come with etched LEFT or RIGHT on the rotor hat = FALSE ADVERTISING ---------->>> thus I have (2) LEFT rotors with the same brake spiral =that's not right.
The response on the phone after I sent BP pictures of these rotors including their paperwork for installation was:
"I assure you these are ok -they're made per OEM specs". and/or "These are "omni-directional".
* I asked for supportive documenation and was sent ZERO.
The rotor(s) that come off your vehicle should have the same brake pattern and if not, there should be documention that advocates that.
BP wants me to pay for the shipping AND a 15% restock fee if I want my $$$$ back and the rotors don't even coincide with their paperwork. How am I wrong?
So what do I do? Keep arguing my case over the phone with these people (rasing my blood pressure) or take this to small claims court and throw good money after bad and waste my time?
NOPE -I'm forced to eat the loss, but with that being said -I have the pictures and email history of whats been sent with respect to my dispute and should anyone else have this same problem and decides to take this to court -feel free to reference my Order # 426275 should your attorney need supportive documentation.
**I want all my money back unless BP can send me the proper rotor (etched) with the proper brake swirl WITHOUT COST to me.
I shouldn't have to question my brake perfomance or "safety" and/or or buy into DRILLED "omni-directional" rotors because the position of the cooling vanes inside the rotors are perpendicular and/or not swept, when there is no documention to advocate these differences per OEM specs.
More importantly, I've purchased from this company numerous times and never had a problem until now -this is bad and I do NOT recommend this company unless they fix this ASAP----------->> Spend your $$$ elsewhere, they don't deserve good business if this is the manner of customer service, especially today with the cost of things -your $$$ should be respected as you worked for it.
If my order is rectified I'll gladly delete my review(s) -but now you know.
