After I had a problem with the booty bands app, I sent an email reporting the issue and got a response within 24 hours. I am very satisfied with the prompt response and excellent customer service. Overall great experience. This brand offers high-quality products and efficient workouts. But my favorite is the chocolate protein powder, so delicious!!! Perfect after workouts. The app offers lots of recipes, plenty of workouts, challenges and a podcast... I mean you name it they have it. My only negative was my first purchase took a long time to ship and deliver. But I understand they had backorder issues and it was over the holidays. I would say give it a try and be patient with the delivery process because is worth it! I would recommend booty bands to anybody!

I started this review on 1/9/23, I was a bit apprehensive with some of the reviews I read, and actually afraid that I wasted my money and just wouldn’t be able to reach any customer service to address my situation but I was mistaken and misled by the reviews, I was so happy to hear from Sara within hours after texting. I only received my weights, my bar was missing, so I called the number (435)414-9785 and left a message and texted my problem as directed in their voicemail. Within just a few hours Sara texted me back and told me she would help. She just needed my email and order #. I sent her the information she asked for and within just a few hours she responded and said “Great News”! She sent me a picture of UPS the tracking number and Link and said she sees it arrives tomorrow and to let her know when it arrives. She made me feel confident that the rest of my order was following right behind. I truly appreciate her promptness, her care and enthusiastic words. Guess what? Today is tomorrow from our communication yesterday lol and I received the rest of my items in the morning just like she said it would. This company has scored high with me, super friendly and easy to work with. I will order from again with confidence. With this kind of customer service you can’t go wrong. Thank you Sara for being outstanding! Thank you Booty Bands for great products and outstanding customer service! Small Businesses rock!
