Booty Bands and Barbells is a wonderful company and program! It is not just about the name - it’s a whole uniquely amazing experience. In addition to purchasing the cutest barbell ever - my life has also changed drastically. I took advantage of the free 1on1 coaching call with Coach Monica, joined the Facebook group and downloaded the Booty Bands and Barbells app. The app has awesome workouts and coaches like Danita and Daisy Ray. Their energy is out of this world and will get you pumped during your workouts! Booty Bands and Barbells also offers an accountability program and I have the pleasure of working with my amazing coach Danita everyday. With this program I have learned more about my body, MIND, and nutrition than I have in the past 11 years of my weightloss journey. In just 5 weeks I’ve lost 10lbs, 4inches, 1.8% of my BMI, improved my mindset, and my body looks and feels AMAZING. If you’re serious about getting life changing results I highly recommend.

I love this program💝 In less than a month, I am already seeing results. My waist is getting smaller and my butt is getting more round and toned! For almost a year I was killing my self at boot camp every day for 45 min and all I needed was 15 min with booty bands.

All the positive reviews are fake. Pay attention to 1star reviews. If you purchased something from them and haven't received anything by now you're scammed.
The owner's famous excuse line "small woman owned company, we have no control over manufacturers being delayed like big companies like Amazon etc."
Hey Danita, don't sell stuff that you don't have in stock. I never ordered customized item!
Danita the owner also uses gaslighting tactic by telling you other customers are sweet and understanding about this. Sorry girl, I'm not sweet and I want my money back. I'm disputing my charge through my bank after 3weeks of wait now. Danita won't even reply to me anymore because I'm not sweet to her.

"Save your money"

I recently purchased a weight set from bootybands.com, $450 worth of weights. Per their website it's supposed to ship if it's in stock (which nothing indicated it wasn't) within 3-7 days. After a week, a shipping label was created to give me a false sense that it had been shipped, when in fact it sat for another 2 and a half weeks due to manufacturing delays. It took almost a month with several communications back and forth to get some kind of answer.
Now the product, at $500 for a barbell and weight set, you'd expect it to be relatively decent quality. The weights are average quality, but the barbells they sent do not match the description at all! They're cheap metal barbells with screw ends (versus what's advertised as nice barbells with clamps included). So instead of being able to quickly swap weights, you now need to unscrew and rescrew after every change and listen to constant rattling during little movement because of how loose things are.

"I freaking love Booty bands"

I freaking love Booty bands! Not only is the equipment legit, but the workouts are straight up amazing. Being a mom of three working out seemed impossible…but Danita is able to get you sweating with a 15 minute workout, which is exactly what I needed. I got my motivation back, I was able to stay consistent and I’m getting results!

I love these bands!! They are really well made and very comfortable. I bought mine and instantly threw away every cheap, crappy, rubbery band I had stashed in my workout room. These are the cadillac of resistance bands. Also really enjoy these workouts too - short, fun, and effective.

She explained how my diet can help me achieve my goals along w/ best exercise to focus on and maximize hypertrophy.
