I have contacted many people on site who say they will get back to you but they don't. She has been very professional, polite and helpful in resolving any issues that I have had in the past. Hope she will be able to resolve my exam issue

UPDATE: 5.3.2025 STILL AWAITING A RESPONSE FROM SOMEONE AT THE KNOWLEDGE ACADEMY REGARDING BOOKING A SLOT FOR MY EXAM!!

UPDATE: 29.3.2025 Despite sending email after email, phoning and pleading they STILL will not confirm the time of my exam nor the date. I am appalled at the lack of Customer Service. They do not respond to emails and do not answer the questions that you ask. Absolutely ridiculous and I can confidently say that I will NEVER use them again. They have gone from a professional reputable company to a shambles smh

"Book a trainer direct, save yourself the hassle!"

Wasn't overly impressed with The Knowledge Academy - the trainer, Lee Trotter, on the other hand was exceptionally good.
We booked 16 days prior to the course and the week before, 1 participant needed to reschedule due to a new client deadline. The response was farcical - 75% charge of the full value of the course as we were rescheduling with less than 30 days notice. And pay for a new course. They mentioned possibly lowering that charge but repeatedly came back with questions asking if the participant could just attend instead.
Thoroughly unimpressed with the booking procedure.

Lee Trotter on the other hand! What a find! I've since connected with him on LinkedIn as he was engaging, informative and knew how to get to the bottom of what we needed from the course.
A mind of information, can not rate Lee Trotter highly enough!

the content on their e learning is horrible filled with useless stories with no actual numbers just made up
and their support isnt responding to my mails.

It was very easy, accessible and convenient to study the course. The trainers and content are very professional.

Great availability of training sessions and methods. Good, knowledgeable tutors.

"Challenging content"

Challenging content, a lot of which was not mentioned in the course preparation especially with regard to terminology. The main course textbook was not available at the links provided which made learning much harder. The exam itself ran very smoothly and was well facilitated. I am not sure this was a positive learning experience.
