I’d like to raise a serious concern regarding my recent experience with The Knowledge Academy, which unfortunately has been extremely disappointing and misleading.

I had enrolled in the ISO 27001:2022 Lead Auditor (LA) course, and during the booking process, I was in contact with a representative named Ganesh, who I understand holds a managerial position at The Knowledge Academy. Over a phone call, I negotiated the course pricing along with a complimentary course, and Ganesh clearly assured me that my request would be fulfilled.

However, once I completed the LA course and attempted to avail the complimentary course, I was told that I was not enrolled for any such offer. When I asked for clarification, I was shown a confirmation email sent at the time of booking which conveniently did not include the complimentary course — contrary to what was promised to me verbally. This feels like a clear case of miscommunication at best, or misrepresentation at worst, and reflects very poorly on the organization’s customer service and ethics.

Another representative, Kandeepan, was also involved in this process and has been equally unhelpful in resolving the issue. This entire experience has left me feeling scammed and misled, and I strongly caution others to look for alternative learning platforms. Do not rely solely on The Knowledge Academy's brand reputation — my experience shows that promises made during onboarding are not always honored.

I remain open to speaking with The Knowledge Academy team if they are genuinely interested in resolving the issue and acknowledging the false commitments made by their representatives.
