I spent weeks preparing to complete the Final Examination of the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course with The Knowledge Academy, only to find the exam link on their e-learning portal non-functional—just five days before the course expiry.
I immediately contacted customer support at 01344 203999 (UK). After multiple failed attempts due to being disconnected and having to redial several times—resorting to non-customer support options in the end, as nothing else would get me a reply—I finally reached a representative who assured me the issue would be resolved that same afternoon. Unfortunately, nothing was done, which, given my past experience with The Knowledge Academy, was not entirely surprising.
After sending two follow-up emails and making several more phone calls, I was eventually informed by a sales representative that the person responsible for resolving the issue would only be available next week—when my course expires and I have work commitments.
The deadline for completing the course was clearly communicated on the portal for months, and I planned my learning accordingly. I dedicated significant time preparing for this exam, even taking time off work and missing job interviews to ensure I could complete it. Now, all that effort seems wasted.
This has been a highly frustrating experience, and I hope The Knowledge Academy takes steps to improve its customer service and support systems for future learners. Can't really recommend The Knowledge Academy to potential customers.
