Previously studied a Project Management module at De Montfort University and was looking to further my skills. I was told on the phone course prices were going up on the 30 April and needed to sign up before then. I was not convinced by the quality of online teaching from my experience with Arch Apprenticeships, but was thrown in some pre-recorded lessons on Scrum Masters and Microsoft DevOps as an incentive. After I've made the payment, they are now asking for more money. They have not released the teaching to me because they are claiming the agreed price was not enough. The seller took my payment for an Agile Project Management course.

My experience with academia hasn't been great. The seller has since issued a refund. However there is a false narrative that certification is comparable to actual practice. Both seem like a scam to me.
