My order was cancelled the day after I submitted it as the company did not have the stock to fulfill it. Not a hint of an apology either just a strait forward ‘your order is cancelled.’ Then they sent me this customer satisfaction survey. ‘Thank you for your recent purchase, how did we do?’

Utter rubbish. They don’t even know when they have completed a sale!
