Good service and speedy delivery, but the wrong coffee blend which was out of stock. However, Seba phoned to apologise and offer a suitable replacement or refund. 10/10 for honesty and good customer relations.

Without explanation I received an email to say my order was cancelled. This was on the day I was supposed to receive my order. I don’t know if I have been refunded yet.Very poor service, I won’t be using them again.

I placed an order on the 8th September 2022 and still have not received it. When I contacted Sebatrade to find out where my order was they stated that I cancelled the order which I certainly did not and stated that they have refunded me which they certainly have not. I've sent numerous e-mails to basically find out what is going on. They sent me an e-mail stating that part of my order was out of stock and asked if I would like a substitute. I agreed but I am still waiting for my order and have e-mailed them again this morning to find out when I am likely to receive it. I am still waiting for a response. I have found the whole situation very strange, firstly they said my order was cancelled at my request and later they said part of my order was out of stock. I have found this quite stressful and I wish I never placed the order in the first place to be honest!

My purchase got cancelled the next day with no explanation. I had email twice to then get an answer that the product was not available. They should make sure the item is marked as sold out to avoid this situation.
