"Fun website and great service"

Clove has some cool features such as their drag to review functionality which makes browsing a bit less dull. Also I have managed to get several handsets from clove before available on any other site which for me personally is worth paying a premium for. Only have positive things to say about clove and recommend.

"Great company to deal with"

Clove made buying a new phone an absolute breeze, a absolute wealth of information on each device and helpful customer service made buying a new Xperia Z a real pleasure. Would recommend this company to anyone.

"Phone not delivered when website said it would be in stock."

Ordered a HTC One on April 1st - Clove's website said that would be available from April 3rd.

When I checked back on April 3rd, the website said that the phones would be delivered at any point in the next 14 days.

***NOT*** pleased.

At first security check were annoying as trying to shoot everyone and not get caught. After three emails back and forth within a three day tinespan, they finally acknowledged me as legit buyer. Afterwords shipping from them is what they promise and I got my HTC one x plus with little to no problems.

Clove is my site for my gmhardware from now on.

"Irresponsible thieves- STAY AWAY FROM CLOVE"

Bought a whole lot of items from Clove and when it came to the day of release...you guessed it...OUT OF STOCK. So ofcourse being upset, I cancelled my order and to my surprise, I didn't even get a full refund for something that wasn't even sent to be because of their order cancellation policy which I (and I'm sure most people) didn't notice: Refund for cancelled orders are subject to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates....Freak'n insane if you ask me. So I lost money. What if things had gone the other way in the foreign exchange rate? Do I gain more money?...no. BUYER BEWARE. I also agree with PETER's review...they always post something saying "In Stock" then when you order, it becomes OUT OF STOCK.

"In stock - never arrived"

Ordered, given delivery date - then emailed to say out of stock but will be delivered within 1-2 weeks, after 3 I cancelled the order.

Helpful if perhaps next time they say out of stock to save the bother.

I Ordered a replacement battery for my smartphone last week.
Have received an email today saying that my order has been cancelled because the item was out of stock. despite their website showing it as in stock for the previous 4 days.
The item has now been removed from the website but still shows up as available to buy on the front page.

Useless. I didn't expect this from such a well respected company.
First and last purchase with them.

"Great service, and fast delivery"

I just bought a Motorola Milestone from Clove.co.uk... Everything went perfectly, I asked them a few questions via E-mail, and they where really fast to answer my questions

I ordered it Monday evening, and got it today with fedex... I am impressed as I am living in Denmark, and get it 3 days after I ordered it...
