"Responsive, not quite full featured but good."

I was with Plusnet. For a long time. Then a fault they had they blamed on me and I spent hundreds of pounds resolving it. They denied any of it.
Looked at lots of other ISP's.
Enter Toople.
Fun website. A supply hub that uses many different suppliers.
Slight speed increase. Great customer service.
The only thin I miss is an Oso provided email. But I have others.
Oh - and it is cheaper.
What's not to like?

We dealt with just one person Charlotte who was amazing she helped us to choose the right package we got a fantastic super quick service no messing about unlike BT who after our initial enquiry were still dragging their feet 4 weeks later , we just need to pick up the phone which is answered with in seconds and any queries are sorted out there and then not passed on to another zone only to be cut off as happens constantly with BT. I would recommend Toople without hesitation , thanks a million

"Poor Router"

I was told when I took the deal that the router was very good and I would have no problem with the signal. This has proved not to be the case, we are having lots of complaints from our customers about the poor signal. I have now got to purchase a router signal extender which I am not very please about.

Its a decision that I had to make! But with something so business critical, changing my business broadband had to go right first time. I run a creative agency and we chomp our way through quite a lot of bandwidth daily so needed something robust. We had the option of both their Fibre options, but opted for the biggest one! The service from the Toople.com team was ace, I spoke to the same guy all the way through (James), who couldn't do enough. Service been in place for the last couple of weeks and we have really noticed the difference in speed (& efficiency).
