Wow what can I say, avoid like the plague !!
Wow what can I say, we started off on a good note until I lost 3 and a half weeks service and a BT engineer came out. I am now being charged £170 on top of my bill for the engineer visit, after being told multiple times that the fault was at the exchange by both BT & Toople, so no liability my side. This has been going on for SIX MONTHS, after multiple times of me asking to speak to a manager and many e-mails, it seems the only time they want to know is the day the bill is due.
It seems the only way you can get anything done (even stuff like activating 1471, voicemail, complaints etc) can be done by email only, of course you can ring but they always tell you to email problems in (and after the five or six I've sent, it gets a bit sickening) I've never .. not even once had a call back to discuss any issues, just a call to take payment to which I have to remind them of my 6 month old problem.
A lot of people on here are saying the customer service is great and at one point it was, don't get me wrong, but wait till you have an issue and you get thrown from pillar to post for 6 months.
Plus you can't get any help after half five at night or weekends, what a sham. As soon as my contract's ending I will be leaving and never looking back.

I have to say credit when due, Toople offer excellent service and good value deals. Our internet went down recently and I contacted them for information. Their customer service immediately diagnosed a fault in our area and contacted me again the next day to update me with progress. Friendly and efficient service and this isn't the first time. Plus you get through to their customer service very quickly.....which is always a bonus! We're out of contact now but I'm sticking with them. Why would I go anywhere else!?

This is a cheap broadband service. And should be treated as such. But in my experience you can spen twice as much and get similar levels of customer service. Their cheap tarrif is just that Cheap! Fine for checking emails and basic business operations. Router is poor quality. But we swapped it out and have much better reliability. Must say we will be considering a move to faster service as our needs have changed. You get what you pay for.

Had to give it something my view it should be -5 absolutely useless do yourself a favour do not go near this mob plz believe me when I tell you I’ve been fighting with Toople trying to get out of the contract from practically day 1 100’s of screenshots were no internet connection is displayed on my telly they have done nothing it’s now in the hands of the ombudsman DO NOT GO NEAR TOOPLE BELIEVE ME YOU WILL BE THROWING MONEY AWAY FOR NO SERVICE CONSTANT.

Routers are poor quality and unreliable. Service reliability extremely patchy. Customer service very poor, not even open on a Saturday to report the many faults. Definitely would not recommend. I have a second completely separate line for a part of my house that i let. This is cheaper and 45mps... i get better speeds from that than do from the 'supposed' 80mps of my more expensive toople line. Deeply regret taking a contract with them.
