"Great customer back up"

Great customer back up, busy Saturday and our router gave up and card reader went down. Engineer on the phone within 10 mins all sorted and back up and running within the hour. Thanks Dan for your help.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH - NEGATIVE STARS.

I think I'm having the same problems as everyone else - great to start off with, lures you in with cheap prices, and now it's gone down the drain. BUSINESS broadband goes off frequently, and now the BUSINESS phone line has gone too.
Support only works Mon to Fri, 8am to 6pm.. Do they they all businesses operate in these hours? What if you have a business that operates outside of these hours? Who do you call when something goes wrong?
Where is BUSINESS SUPPORT??
On their website it says a member of the sales team will response right away, but only in their given hours.

I would give 0 stars if an option.
The customer service is horrific. I set up a service for business broadband. They made a mistake setting up the account so i didn't get any contract or bills.
They were impossible to get through to. At the end of the contract I said I wanted to transfer to another provider and they stated I had to give 30 days notice. Which I did. They put a cancellation on the line which completely closed it off so no other provider could pick it up. Still on my 5th phone call trying to get the issue resolved.

"Dealt with this company about a year…"

Dealt with this company about a year ago as one of their resellers. Our complaint was unacknowledged as they decided to call us "a competitor" (for the record I have the toople reseller/customer agreement to present to you on request so please follow that before protecting your clients trustpilot!)

Real shame to see people are still having such shocking experiences. We did think it was the CEO Duncan Ward but appears he isn't even there anymore so maybe its the brand as a whole.

This company agreed things in writing for us then had the audacity to try and wind up our company via the courts when their service failed, this of course we won via our legal team as was an abuse of the courts

They buy from another network reseller, not the "network" as they tend to claim & every reseller that uses that company we find these issues with so may be its their supplier not just them. Just a shame to see they havnt fixed this crap yet to be honest...would be lovely to reopen our complaint now we have legal letters to back it up if you (trustpilot) care about honest reviews lol

"Appalling levels of customer care or…"

Appalling levels of customer care or service and absolutely dire given that we are a business account that works online, so broadband is essential. Staff are seemingly unaware of any of the intricacies of the service they are selling. I was moving from one side of the country to the other and was asked if I would like to keep my local number! Despite giving a month's notice of moving, we still had to wait another 3 weeks to be connected.

"One of he worst companies I have had…"

One of the worst companies I have had the misfortune to deal with in my forty odd years as a company director. The bottom line is stay away from these people or you are going to get trouble you don't want. From the word go they never got near to fulfilling their over ambiguous promises in any one respect. I could write derogatory comments here all day, but what's point ! Just go to another company.

"Broadband has been up and down"

Broadband has been up and down all week lost connection very slow
Late afternoon broadband none CCTV server not available
Ring customer support only to find you have all gone home, back on Monday
No support to businesses from Friday till Monday Great thank you
Why do you not tell people of this fact before they go on contact
Really unsatisfied customer!!!!!

"A great start, then a slow decline."

In the beginning I would have given Toople five stars for their UK-based customer service and very responsive customer support. I remember phoning one morning over a login issue and the CEO himself answered the call and sorted my query, as the usual support team were all in a morning meeting.

It was always a mystery to me when Speedtest reported my broadband as from TalkTalk. This chafed as TalkTalk had been deceitful and difficult with an elderly Aunt who relied on her phone.

Then latterly customer support seemed to deteriorate to the point that there were failures to answer tickets at all, and any responses I did get took days.

More recently I decided to switch to another ISP. Upon phoning Toople there was the inevitable referral to the retention team who were only able to offer a much more costly BT package than the one I had found for myself on a comparison site.

The final straw was when I tried to pay the final invoice. An ostensibly 'UK based" customer support line turned into a very poor quality VoIP call to a very distant Asian call centre. After going through all the details the call became broken through packet loss, then finally I was cut off before finishing.

Now asking them to send me payment letter
