"Absolutely shocking."

Absolutely shocking.
Have just asked for an adjustment to my business plan in light of having to close due to Covid-19. Have been told that no 'downgrade' or adjustment is possible - no switch to cheaper/intro offer plans available. Literally no awareness of the situation happening in UK at all. Customer service reps clearly told to say they are in Birmingham!
Unbelievable, nor have they sent out any Covid-19 statements like every other supplier I have, nothing on their website either.

Problems eventually solved by Zaki!

I had continual problems with my internet connection dropping out and a noisy telephone line and the people on the support line didn't seem to understand what was going on or what they were doing.

Eventually I demanded to speak to somebody who was capable of understanding the issues.

This is where I came upon Zaki Abdillahi in customer service, who was polite, friendly and interested in helping. He made the solution look easy.

Thank you, you restored my faith in Toople.

"Don't Buy internet and phone service…"

Don't Buy internet and phone service from Topple This company have no clue about internet and phone. Customer service is totally useless I bought the contract and for 4 months they can't figure out that they send us wrong router. We got the router but internet service was not sorted it keep disconnected. Highly recommende don't use this company.

"This is the second time I've sent a…"

This is the second time I've sent a review for the service on our second account we have with Toople - this has still not been sorted out properly and Trust Pilot seems to be the only way of being heard and taken seriously - yet again i have received the month's invoice stating a -£18 credit but to find that they have taken £67.66 from the account and only seem to be able to refund part of what is still owing to us - this has been going on for months now - really disappointing.

"avoid this company."

Following my previous review of topple,shortly afterwards I received a email saying that direct debits will as from 1st March payments will be taken on 10th and 20th and last day of month, my d/d was already arranged for last day or 1st of month, my d/d hadn't been taken as the last day and 1st of month was at the weekend all my other d/d were taken today, but on contacting topple this morning their system doesn't work like that, I asked when will my payment be taken, I was told don't know, all of direct debits are taken for a reason and are taken without problem, from the end of March I will no longer be with this cowboy supplier
My advice to anyone is avoid.

I had all sorts of trouble trying to change to Toople and the women at Customer SErvice were absolutely hopeless but Zaki who I finally poured my heart out to resolved everything quickly and efficiently so I am properly installed and very happy with Zaki's service.

"Truly dreadful support - the saga continues..."

We've been customers for about a year and whilst the actual service is OK, their support is truly dreadful...

They simply ignore all communications on their website, on the phone and even support tickets - and the amazing thing is this is a request to add an extra VoIP service and handset. I can't even get them to take our money!!!

Had a call after my last posting from Toople who promised to "sort it" A standard handset appeared on its own a couple of days later (we had asked for a wireless handset) but nothing else, no VoIP account details, config instructions - nothing.

What we now have is a lump of dead plastic that is not connected to the Toople network and never will be without any config details.

We'd leave their network if we could get any response from anyone in their support team... Maybe we should just cancel the DD and see what happens...

"The WORST INTERNET PROVIDER OUT THERE"

The WORST INTERNET PROVIDER OUT THERE. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

I've been without internet for past 3 weeks. They said they would send out engineer within next 3 days only to be told engineer hadnt even been booked. If that wasnt bad enough, I was initially without internet for over 6 weeks when I initially took the contract with Toople.

Their customer service is non existent. They really havent got a clue! It's been so bad I'm even considering reporting Toople to the communication Regulators as a formal action!

Avoid them at all costs!!

"Do not use Toople"

Do not use Toople, they are completely disorganised and by far the worst broadband provider I have had to deal with (and I deal with broadband providers on a professional basis). I never thought I could find a provider worse than Talk Talk but well done Toople you have managed it!

Stay away, they are unhelpful and would prefer to call a customer a liar than sort out the mistakes that they themselves have made!!

"I had been having issues with the sale…"

I had been having issues with the sale of my business and transfer of the Toople accounts to the new owner, but I am absoutely delighted that eventually my plight landed on Head if Customer Service desk- Monica Crater. She resolved all the issues in lightening speed and in actual fact I am husgely indebted to her.
