I moved over to Toople from BT in Feb 2017. The transfer over was seamless and everything worked fine until September 2019. That's the first time I had to contact Toople because some hardware change at the local exchange caused problems with my internet connection and a faulty (very noisy) phone line.
I was phoning the Toople support dept pretty much every one or two days but I regret to say that they were absolutely HOPELESS. For three weeks they strung me along with literally a non-existent internet connection and an extremely bad phone line I was paying for! Worse, they never updated the cases I created on their online support system so I had no clue what was going on and had to phone them to find out if anything had changed.
Toople even scheduled a BT Openworld Engineer to come to look at the fault but apparently after a few checks, he told me that there was nothing he could do as Toople had scheduled the wrong type of visit! At that point I was totally fed up of the whole situation and thankfully being out of contract I gave them notice to leave.
The moral of the story is that if you are lucky enough for a decent transfer to take place and the service proceeds without any problems, thank your lucky stars. If you have any problems, you're screwed because the Toople support is utterly HOPELESS.
EDIT 06/01/2020 - Extremely hilarious that no-one bothered to 1) Answer or even resolve my issues when I was at Toople. 2) Toople didn't even bother to read my review and just pasted in their standard blurb at the bottom of my review asking me to contact them as '...our service is not meeting your expectations...' when I am not even with them!! Wow! .... and this is why I left this company folks.

Been with Toople for about 9 months now and I am generally quite pleased with all aspects of the service. We are on the basic Broadband/Phone service as domestic customers and get a steady 7+ mbits through copper cable ( fibre is currently being installed in the area but not quite there yet!). Our phone usage is not very high but we do get userID though without answer service (we have an answering machine so not a real problem). Cost of the service is competitive - we used to be with TalkTalk for many years but their prices kept going up and so the move to Toople - a bit risky as I had not heard of them before although reviews were generally quite good (the usual collection of trashy ones!). I have not used the support services much but when I have they have been very well dealt with and politely and understandably (not like TalkTalk support!). The service is not perfect - our internet connection usually gets interrupted briefly every couple of days causing a little frustration waiting for the few minutes for restoration. The router drops the interface to us after a day or two which means I cannot perform a soft reconnection at times of loss of internet and need to do a full reboot by means of powering the router off and on. The billing process is very good - we pay by DD and we get three different notifications of payment being taken (only taken once of course!).
In summary, the Toople service suits us well and it is good value to boot!

why do I not get 1471 or1571 services as standard other providers give you this, also why is it so difficult to contact your company? your service is so crappy I will be leaving after my contract is up
