I had a issues with slow internet speed and I initially gave poor rating for their service and communication.Toople followed up my issue and addressed It promptly with new better router.Am well pleased with the fast speed since change of new router and thanks to Toople staff Zaki for following the issues up.
I hope to stay with Toople for long period and hoping they maintain their ongoing good customer care and service.
Excellent follow up work by Toople.

"Very poor communication"
Very poor communication, when the contracted date for going live came and went with no one contatcting us, we had to chase them, then we were told that it "was because of Open Reach", in the end our telephone line/Internet going live, was delayed for almost a month, we were a brand new business, our opening dates & ability to operate were seriously impacted as a result, this was inexcusable. We will not be renewing our contract at the end of the 12 months.

Worst provider I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve spent hours on the phone and resolved nothing.
I’ve used small companies before who have been so helpful but I cannot and will not recommended anyone to use this provider.

Ok, this a relatively new company as far as I know, still a lot better than the bigger companies. I am surprised by some of the other reviews, but like all reviews people want to moan rather than post a good review.

The pricing and even initial contact is good. I cannot fault one particular salesman who even emailed back immediately on a Saturday evening. That's the only positive though, and even this may be because I said that if all goes well we would migrate existing broadband lines and mobiles over.
The service is slow, management is cumbersome (we were going for two connections and they set up two different accounts on their system), and the support is non-existent. I've raised many tickets with no reply and when calling I only get promised a callback which never comes.
I'm trying to terminate our contract now - by phone I just get the run around with a callback that never comes, and by email I'm just ignored and never receive a response.
Would never ever recommend to anyone. I even emailed their touted wehelpu@ email address but again never got a response! God knows how they're still in business - maybe it's because they won't let you leave!

Toople have billed me exactly what they quoted each month for telephone and internet services. Far better than BT who never once charged the correct fee and never refunded even though twice and even four times the quoted amount was taken each month. I’m so glad I trusted Toople. I highly recommend them as a customer of over a year now. Thank you Toople.

Absolute rubbish, your WiFi is garbage it never works,, and when you try ringing you about it you fob people off saying sorry that’s not your department try a diff number! I have a business which card machines run off our WiFi and half the time this doesn’t work and I cannot wait till the year is up to be able to move to someone else as your not providing what I need
