I have had issues with my line and wifi going on 3 weeks now. I have spoken to a number of the support team, each of which contradict the other and I still havent had my issue resolved. Trying to speak to a manager is a joke, I've been waiting 2 weeks, have called a number of times but he never seems to be available. Have left 4 messages for him and still no joy. At the point now where I am switching suppliers because I cannot deal with this company anymore. I certainly would not recommend Toople again.

Today when I called toople customer service I had a decision to change broadband provider but I have been treated very understandable by Zaki who solved all my problems while the the other to previous employees who answered my calls didn't seem like they didn't care about what is going on if there is more than 5* I was given Zaki 100* a lot of thanks god bless you

I used to work in Customer Service so I keep my standards and expectations high. You guys delivered from start to finish without fail. A few teething issues with wifi but to anyone that has a bit of brain will understands that this is normal.
