"I have been with Toople since March…"

I have been with Toople since March 2019 big mistake. The quote they gave me has not been applied since my first bill trying to speak to customer service is impossible. They then had the upmost disrespect of transferring my account to a debt collection when all I needed to do was for them to return my call so as I could pay. I have a paper trail of evidence to support that. Customer service simply does not exist.
