Usual excellent service after buying a fairly elderly HD Sportster. Minor quibbles - one nut missing from the rear back rest, one valve cap loose, +4psi in the front tyre, no owner”s handbook. But I am being VERY picky.

I can’t fault doble’s bought a bike last Saturday and from choosing to riding away the whole process was faultless.
Stephen was great with helping me choose the right bike he was very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy at all.
He was very professional and a credit to the shop.

After a few days with the bike I noticed that the back brake light was permanently on I rang their service department and spoke to Martin who said that they were really busy but bring it down and he would see what he could do. I’d only just got the bike, I was really worried that they would have to keep it till they found time to look at it. I took the bike down that afternoon spoke to Martin, he came straight out of the shop made some adjustments and fixed the problem there and then. I couldn’t have asked for more.
Great service great staff couldn’t ask for a better bike shop and best of all it’s on my doorstep. Keep up the good work.
