Flooring despatched promptly and arrived safely. The three stars is due to poor communication between Floor Land, the delivery company and me, so that the flooring wasn't delivered when I was told it would be, and when I contacted the company, it was then delivered exactly the time I'd said I would be out (though luckily I'd changed my mind and happened to be in). Sorry to be mean. Should be easy to fix!

This is what the website says:
'Please be aware that customers living outside of mainland UK or in some territories of Scotland may not be eligible for next day delivery. Deliveries outside mainland UK will incur extra delivery charges. Once you have placed your order online, we will be in contact to arrange the best delivery options/pricing available'
But....... in reality what they do is cancel your order for mainland Scotland and refund it for the IV postcodes. They need to update their website and not waste peoples time in placing orders.
4th Jan - Update - Thank you for your response so if you update your website to be more accurate I will remove this review so other customers are not frustrated by ordering and wasting their time.
