I have been able to book Richard on short notice and either Richard or one of his team arrives on time and let's me know a cost and if there are any extras then I am informed beforehand. Everything is explained to me in terms of how the problem is going to be fixed, also Richard doesn't like to cut corners so I always feel confident that the job has been finished properly.
