Richard took the trouble to contact the manufacturer of my shower unit. He was able to find and repair the leak source whereas four other plumbers had no idea why there was a leak from the pipe coming out of the wall; two suggested knocking a hole in the wall and removing tiles. Richard left everything clean and tidy and I have no hesitation in using him in future.

Great service! I raised a request yesterday and had a plumber around today to fix a leak. All was sorted out very quickly and I was explained exactly what caused the issue. Very polite and efficient, can’t fault their service 👍🏼
