My wife and I bought a Sewing Machine from them in 1974, after a recommendation.
They have serviced it a few times since and is still going strong.
I collected the last Service on the 20/01/24 and they have done another superb job.

Outstanding service. Could not be happier. I recently had my Brother embroidery machine, repaired and serviced. It was collected from Somerset and returned a week later as promised. Steve kept me updated on the problem and the repair every step of the way and even brought the replaced parts to show me exactly what the problem had been. This level of service is rare these days and was most appreciated.
Thoroughly recommended and will definitely be a repeat customer.
