Excellent service from the Bamber team when I took my overlocker in for a service. A pleasure to deal with and got my machine spruced up and back with me within two weeks. They really know their stuff and and I will definitely be going back in the future to upgrade my sewing machine!

I have had nothing but satisfaction from Bamber Sewing Machines. I have bought two sewing machines from them, a Janome and, more recently a Bernina 570QE. Whenever I have needed advice or encountered problems with my machines, they have offered helpful advice and their service is excellent. I would recommend them with no hesitation.

I ordered an embroidery machine from this company, which was showing as in stock. Paid over £1300 for next day delivery. Got a call this morning saying they can't supply till end May at earliest, still not received my money back
