Stay away! Scammers. The results that they show has no relevance to the tickets. They advertise business class for almost 30-40% less and will end up giving you a ticket with mixed business class or even 30-40% more than the publised flight. The sales guy was trying to convince me that this is the best I would get with vauge reasons. Be aware of the change and cancellation fees as well.

"I got ticket from agent first time on…"
I got ticket from agent first time on this site. It was international travel. I needed to change 3 flights . There was only 2 and half hour lay over for one flight .so I asked him about it , he said you will be fine . Unfortunately my first flight got 2 hour delay and so I missed next flight . I kind of knew this so got backup plan , ticket from airport in Cincinnati . There was no confirmation for one of the flight . So had to stay one night in London . It was horrible . When I reached to Mumbai . I missed my next flight . So they didn’t allow me in next days flight . They wanted to me to buy new ticket .So I travelled by road . 8/9 hours after such a long travel . When I called Andrew / Ajit , they told we can’t help for domestic . Again while coming back I called Andrew since at airport they kept telling my ticket got exchanged by my Agent . Air India agents at airport didn’t allow me to go in domestic flight .so I travelled by road again 8/9 hours . Air India people sent email that it’s not their fault . So I did msg to Ajit/ Andrew asking that tell me it was your fault . They never replied back to me. This one is the worst experience in 23 years of my international travel . First time I regret that I shouldn’t have gotten ticket from them. Please please I know they didn’t do it purposely but it should not be this way . Be professional and be good . I suffered a lot , really really worst experience with this guys. I hope no one will go through this experience .

They trying to fool customer by showing cheap price and then they tell us to call them to book ticket and then the Price will be totally different on phone.

"Professional Excellent Booking Experience with Vishal"
I just booked my flight from Las Vegas to India with Vishal. He was able to find me exactly what I wanted and at a better price then anything I could find on my own. He worked with me through the entire process and was clear and concise and I couldn't be happier. While using another travel site (and not finding any flights I wanted) My Fly Yatra popped up so I gave them a look. Honestly I had my reservations about using them having never heard of them but Vishal got me exactly what I wanted. I must say it was very nice working with a travel agent again (like the old days) he was able to find deals that I just couldn't find by myself on the Internet. On top of that as soon as the flight was booked when I signed into my airline website There were all my flights just waiting for me to make my seat assignments! I couldn't be more pleased! Many thanks and I will certainly use you again for my next trip.

"NY to Mangalore…"
While booking my two air-tickets to Mangalore (India) with Mike, he suggested that instead of taking direct flights, we’d go for European airlines with stopover in Europe. He booked SwissAir and Lufthansa from NY to Delhi and from their Indigo to Mangalore for $3400. He’s very nice, cooperative and courteous in our advance booking two months before and also by giving us heads-up that European airlines only allow one suitcase and one handcarry.
When me and my son reached the airport, we’re shocked to learn that we don’t hv any booking but the JFK counter staff was supportive enough to tell us that how come, our travel agent didn’t inform that the flight was cancelled a week before. However, they arranged another flight the same day but at night time. We had to pay $200 for our two extra suitcases. We reached Zurich to connect to Delhi flight. After above 3 hrs of flying, the flight had some technical issues creating life & death emergency and returned back to Zurich which caused us to miss Indigo flight from Delhi to Mangalore. We reached Delhi after 3 days via NY-Zurich-Zurich-Poland-Delhi.
No words to describe our horrible ordeal with Indigo, could briefly be called one of the worst airlines. Irrespective of what nightmare we went thru with the Int’l carrier, they made us to buy new tickets and pay for 4 suitcases at another toll of $750.00 altogether mainly not to miss the only available flight at that time. While returning from Mangalore to Delhi, we again paid $500.00 for our 4 suitcases to Indigo and $500 to Swiss for 2 suitcases & overweight. Finally at the end of the day, the entire trip in terms of airfare cost us almost $2700 each ticket whereas direct flights of AirIndia or United were costing us $1800 each at the time of our booking including the connecting flights to Mangalore. So, we ended up paying almost $1800 extra for two tickets unnecessarily and wasting 2 days of our precious travel time in reaching to India, not to mention of the nightmare on initial Zurich to Delhi flight.
I’d humbly suggest Mr. Mike not to forget their customers after booking but keep them informed of any of their itinerary cancellation and also never advise them of European carriers instead of direct flights which also provide connecting flights to the final destination and thereby, one doesn’t hv to deal with the horrible and money-grubbing Indigo. In terms of air travel, our trip was a disaster and the monsoon season back home made it worse!
