Avoid at all Cost: As per Mike they only care about booking your ticket. The agents don't care to verify requirements specific to Advance Parole and hastened my wife to get a Lufthansa booking and dont seem to care.

We were concerned that the reservation was there but the tickets were not issued; he patiently assured us and calmly guided us. He called today to follow up and informed us that the tickets were issued. Thank You for helping us!
