Last session of heart was just fabulous,full of knowledge.I think first time any community shares the perfect knowledge about heart issues n it's cure. This week session of stress is also the best one. no one talk about the root cause ,everyone focus on particular pain but here we r learning about the root cause of every health issue n that is stress. How deeply vikas sir explain about the problem, symptoms,small small point which we always neglect, is just awesome way of explaining n even tells it's cure in a very simple and easy way. Really thankful to the SBTC community n super duper coach Dr. Vikas sharma,who give so much of perfect knowledge and coaching everyday,by which we can improve our lifestyle.

I was suffering from irregular Menstrual cycle problem after joining this community I have followed the Health instruction given by Dr.Vikas sir in the sessions , followed proper diet , taken good Nutrition, regular workout as suggested by health coach , and thus I am able to overcome my problem , thanks to SBTC community and special thanks to all the respected health coach .
