"Very bad customer service"

I’m from U.K.. very bad customer service. It took around 10 days to reach me.. no apologies or nothing.. they don’t even address you properly.. very rude.

Taste is ok.. food is already 10 days old on travelling but they take premium charges.. I don’t see any better on quality wise or taste wise any local South Indian snacks.. not sure why do they priced overly..

I ordered for my husband ( Brunei) feb.13 . They notify me will deliver feb.20
But still they not deliver and I msg their number and cal. They didn't answer . I will pay 6500 inr . Poor customer service.
