"Awful - customer service was very poor"

Ordered a bathroom cabinet which despite being told would take 5 days, took in excess of 2 weeks. When the packaged arrived, the doors had a 1cm gap in between. My husband spend 2hrs trying to adjust them, however they were just too short. After a heated conversations with customer service, they agreed to pick it up on the proviso that if it could be fixed, we would be charged the courier fee and if it could not be fixed, they would issue a new one. After 1 unsuccessful attempt to pick it up by courier, I then waited for my new cabinet, however upon calling to find out where it was, was told that it had been fixed and give to a new customer and they were now out off stock until July and did I want a refund !- So all in, it's been about 6 weeks, I've had to chase them and I still have no cabinet - Not a great customer service !.

Good sink and good value however the only gripe i have is i needed a sink on next day delivery so i paid extra but the sink arrived after 2 days so the plumber took an extra dsy to finish my bathroom and i am still waiting for my refund because it was not mext day delivery

Splash call centre was very good! Knowledgeable staff made ordering easy! Then it all went wrong, The shower tray I had ordered then took twelve days to be delivered! Not good !!!!!

Ordering process easy and fair price for goods but had I known they used Yodel for deliveries I wouldn't have ordered from them. We are a plumbing and heating company and timing of jobs is really important for us and our customers. Rubbish delivery from this company, well, Yodel really, caused a delay of 4/5 days which to be honest is totally unacceptable. Paid for next day delivery which they did refund but to be honest it didnt make up for the delays my customer had to put up with. If they changed delivery company I'd probably order from them again because product was good and they did their best to sort out delivery problems.

I had been looking for a medium size cabinet for some weeks and this one is just right. Looks clean and bright with shelves that take all you need.
The screws were poor so need stronger ones.
Would have preferred more information about the delivery date, it had been delivered without me realising as. Had no access to Internet for a couple of days.
