"My parcel hasn't arrived and customer service refuses to help"

I will change this review back to positive if my issue is resolved. I have previously had a good review on this website because all of my orders arrived. My order has not arrived in 11 working days and customer service outright refuses to help and closes the chat and tells me to check the tracking. I have tracked the parcel and it has not moved in over 2 weeks, it's still in a sorting warehouse.

They promise on their site if an order has not been delivered in 10 working days they will investigate and help. I have contacted their customer service several times and either get no reply, or they tell me to check the tracking and immediately close the chat. The customer service I have experienced over this issue has been absolutely awful.

Steeds vaker worden bestellingen geannuleerd terwijl er wel betaald is. Als je niet zelf in de mail springt dan gebeurt er niks. Afhandeling en excuses gaan erg traag.

Alors là, je suis franchement impressionné. 3 jours seulement entre la commande et la livraison (Sud de la France). Colis discret remis contre signature.
À l’intérieur du paquet, packaging sachets, goodie, surprise et bon de livraison aux couleurs de Professor.nl. Hyper pro !
Par rapport à tous les RC que j’ai pu expérimenter, c’est de loin le plus fiable.
Chapeau ! Toi Professor.nl, je ne te lâche plus.

"Disappointing. Product purity is questionable (?), Professor doesn't respond. Watch out."

I've been a client of Professor.nl since the very start – I was actually one of his first clients, interestingly. I even met him in person, as he came and delivered it to me personally.

Unfortunately, however, much has changed since then. I would be VERY cautious with ordering from him now. Please test and make sure you are getting what you ordered.

– Product purity is highly questionable. I ordered IPPH (Isopropylphenidate), which he says is > 97% pure. But on the box, it clearly says "FLUOR" (fluoride), which clearly should not be in IPPH. This would then be 4F-MPH.

– Product itself comes from another vendor whom is untraceable. Website does not work, no registration whatsoever. Very sketchy.

– When asking for clarification and for answers, the Professor simply reads the message, and never gets back to you. No comment whatsoever.

Highly disappointing. Please be cautious with this, I would avoid these days.

Super pros, du début à la fin, envoi rapide, dès le paiement effectué, emballage discret, dépose en relais si vous manquez la livraison, relation client au top, bref, rien à redire, c'est assez rare pour être mis en avant et encouragé, ne changez rien les gars, vous êtes au top !
