"Utterly Disappointing experience "

Disappointed by lack of customer service, transparency and delivery times. I made an order and it took them 8 days to even ship it out. When I had to contact them after 4 days I was taken through all of their bot chats until I finally "spoke" with someone who said they were busy so orders were taking longer. Not only was this NOT stated on the estimated delivery when I was ordering but I had to CHASE THEM for information since none was forthcoming. Since I was told last week that magically my order was ready to be shipped on the day I contacted them, imagine my surprise to receive an email just now saying TODAY it was shipped days later than I was told... Sure I'm understanding of a business being busy but the lack of communication and then lying about it when questioned is why I will NEVER order from them again. Shameful, especially when it's food items that have a shorter shelf life. Oh and no apologies were offered but the marketing spam on email plentiful in the meantime. It's been 15 days since I ordered (the warehouse is in the EU where I live) and it's STILL not delivered with 3 different delivery dates without arriving. When tracking the order there's also an item missing that hasn't even been shipped with the order

J'ai découvert ce site grâce à un site de promo qui disait que la livraison était offerte. J'étais simplement curieuse et voilà que je passe une commande. Je recommande, c'est arrivé très vite, c'est bien emballé et bien protégé. On retrouve bcp de produits a petits prix donc pour tous les budgets. Je vais sûrement repasser commande.
