"Saddened by palletised shipment "

Since the restructure, the company is no longer offering freight/palletised shipments to personal customers, but only to resellers/corporate accounts. This greatly disenfranchises those who have good money to spend but cannot benefit by lower shipment rates at slightly more exorbitant rates through the shipping companies. For example, beverages easily add to 34kg with a heavy price whereas if they brought back palletised shipping the amount is unlimited. At the end of the day, as long as the company makes money by allowing customers to purchase in bulk the palletising costs for shipping, who cares. Customers set the market, not the company.

Hola, es mi primera vez que compro en My American, quede muy satisfecha con el producto, son cuidadosos con el embalaje, precio razonable, la entrega fue rápida, Coloque mi direcion del domicilio para el reparto de mi paquete pero lo enviaro a un punto de recogida, por lo menos se tomaron la molestia de enviar un correo para avisar, lo importante es que se ven muy serios y mi paquete llegó sin más inconvenientes
