I have been working with Suzie for the past three years at Falcon Point. She has helped me choose the carpet for all or our condominiums and hallways. She is professional, creative and enjoyable to work with, I wish all my vendors had her nature. Through a conversation Suzie informed me that Ruggs had brought in a new mattress line. I came from out of town to prepare my condo. for selling after having renters in it for the past year. There was damage to the carpet in one of the rooms that the renters had not disclosed to me. Ruggs Benedict worked with me to find the most inexpensive, quick way to solve the problem. Within two days the carpet was replaced and the condo. was ready for the market. Jacque was an amazing help and the installers were courteous and clean. I would highly recommend Ruggs Benedict!

I do not live in the Vail area, but was able to have the carpeting in my condo replaced very easily. I was sent some samples, chose one, was given a quote and the date the work could be done...so easy. The old carpet was removed. I have been to Vail and have seen our new carpet and it is lovely.
