"shipping nightmare"

I love these dresses, but I ordered one for a special occasion two weeks in advance and it never appeared. So I ordered another with one day shipping and a week later it never appeared. I've written several emails, called daily -- no customer service available, and I'm down 800 euros, with no dress for my own wedding. they could simply be honest about how long shipping takes currently -- current system is blatant lies.

"Don’t order from them"

Don’t order from them, they take your money and you’ll never hear from them again. They try to shush you on social media, ask your to wait. They blame the delay on technical problems, they should not have accepted orders and taking money if they have technical problems.

"Needle & Tread UK - BAD"

This is a review of the Needle & Tread UK. The company targets the upper-level income customers, judging by the prices they charge for their garments. The delivery charge of £6 is applied. Four days passed since the order was placed. No communication from either retailer, or delivery company. No information on whether the item was dispatched. Not possible to phone the customer services, as the line is constantly engaged. No acknowledgement of receipt when contacting them by e-mail.
I will update my review once I get any news, but just now the impression is very bad.
