"Refund"

received a dress that was damaged and smelled badly. I contacted them directly. They were understanding. I returned the dresses immediately. The problem is they won't refund my money. It has now been 14 days since they received the dresses. I have contacted them several times and each time they indicate that they will get started on it right away. It is almost €1300. Please I really need my money back!

Edit: After I contacted them via Instagram, I luckily got my money back. They have apologized.

"My dream Dress"

The dress was more than I had hoped for - beautifully made and just as described. The fit was perfect.
I ordered on one day and it was delivered the next day - wonderful service.

I ordered the dress on 15th September to wear to a wedding dinner on 23rd September. That was cutting it super close especially since mine was an international order. I contacted customer service and Tobi really assisted me by ensuring that it got sent asap. I received it in Singapore on 21st September which was fantastic! The dress fitted beautifully, I am a true UK6 and it was a perfect fit! The tailoring is beautiful and I received many compliments. I will definitely recommend shopping with Needle & Thread and would not hesitate to buy another item again soon! Thank you for the lovely experience.

"Refunds take forever and you have to chase"

Dresses may be of good quality but as I write this I am still waiting on a £1350 refund on two dresses returned well within the 14 day time limit.
I ordered several as I am looking for a wedding dress and I actually chose one and sent the rest back. I have had such bad feelings about my experience with Needle & Thread that I don’t even want to wear the one I have chosen now. Avoid this company if you can find another dress elsewhere.

Update: after making a complaint via Instagram DMs, I finally got a response and they have finally processed my refund with an apology. Persist if you don’t hear from them and contact them via social media.
