A great company to work with, efficient, professional, huge range of samples to choose from, great architect who designed the space exactly to our expectations, they communicated well throughout the process, flexible finance options available to suit our needs, the wardrobes were fitted within an agreed timescale with no delays. An excellent customer focused business. The job was done very tidy, the assembling team was polite throughout. Highly recommend this business for your furniture solutions, I'd definitely use them again!

We have had 2 bedrooms, study room, living room, TV units and quite a few other things fitted by Smiths' so where do I start, let's break it down by different experiences;

Planning
Gagan came around couple of times and every time he visited, he made us feel that we have entire day to decide and plan. Having seen quite a lot "others", there only target was to do a quick sell and move on However Gagan spent significant amount of time with lot of patience and genuine interest in how wardrobes (and other units) should be built to ensure this benefits us as a family.

Execution
Smith's team turned up as promised and work was done as planned, team was really accommodating and they ensured that work is done as planned.

Completion
Project was executed as planned with all the timelines met - no delays, no issues no escalations. Most importantly, team left everything clean and tidy.

I would recommend Smiths' very highly and our experience has been amazing.

I only have one small feedback to share - hopefully this will help improve customer experience i.e. have an electrician part of the team as that would help a lot, avoiding getting an external electrician and co-ordination with two different teams.
