We have just had wardrobes fitted in two bedrooms, our master and a walk in wardrobe. The process with Smiths has been brilliant from start to finish. I cannot thank Lohitha our designer enough, she is incredible and an asset to the company. She answered messages at all times, made the perfect design and supported us throughout the process. Robin has also been amazing and incredibly helpful ensuring everything has gone smoothly with the fitting. We had a few issues and he resolved them without any hassle. The fitters were also brilliant, worked incredibly hard and to a very high standard. We can’t thank Smiths enough and will definitely be using them for our office and living room next!

We had display cabinet, storage cupboards, office room fitted by Smiths. Professional standard in all the work from measuring, redesigning and the fitting. Also when there was an issue, immediately responded and resolved the issue promptly. Fitters who came to do initial work and later came to find the issue are very friendly and professional too. Overall good customer service and they are very professional in solving the issues after they completed the work. Have used Smiths in past for wardrobe - reused because of the quality of their work!
Its the same again! will reuse them when needed.

The sales team are very responsive and insightful. Aman acted not only as sales, but designer, he listened to my voices, ideas, and concerns and provided feedback on the design. The customer service team provided an immaculate support during the fitting of my wardrobe, and provided an effective alternative solutions to a slight hiccup that we had.

The fitter team of three are very professional and good at what they do. They transformed my bedroom with a clean and great touch of fitted wardrobe.

We have had 3 rooms fitted with wardrobes and we are beyond thrilled with them. Ranjeet initially came round and gave us plenty of ideas/designs and his professionalism was second to none. Within 24 hours we had paid our deposit and had a date booked in for the wardrobes to be fitted. All 3 rooms took 2 days in total to fit and the fitters were great and clearly take pride in their work. I would recommend Smiths to anyone and will be using them again for other projects.
