Great customer service. It was nice to speak with a "live person" who could answer my questions, too. I bought a "basic" Medline brand wheelchair with a 16"x16" seat as I needed something to get through some narrower doors in my house. Unique Medical Supply's prices were very competitive, beating Amazon by a mile, and their delivery timeframe was weeks ahead of Amazon. I was pleased with the Medline wheelchair--it came almost fully assembled--all I had to do was to quickly attach the two leg supports. This product will help me remain mobile as my broken foot heals. Highly recommend.
