"Wednesday morning Personal Training Session."
I had a very rewarding experience in my personal training. It is something that I have avoided for years. I always thought it left you vulnerable as to whether you were doing the exercise the right way and also as to whether one can keep it up. It’s so much easier to get lost in a group of people.
It was not a threatening experience to learn new exercises that were more beneficial to what my personal needs were in order to get full benefit of the exercise. The trainer was very encouraging, taught me to do the exercises the right way and in adage way. He was also very much aware of my limits and was able to push me when needed without it feeling threatening . I have felt the difference in how I exercise and that I can do the exercises for longer and recover much quicker from the training session. I was also impressed in that he explained the benefit of each exercise. I feel much better physically and emotionally in having gone through this experience. I would do it again.

Alonzo is very helpful in reaching your targets. I asked to be really pushed to lose weight and gain muscle, which I have! He understands how far he can push you without overdoing it. The sessions are always different and enjoyable, I look forward to going back for more.

I've been going to the gym for years, but shied away for session involving weights. However COVID came along and I had to use another gym where I met Alonso. My first session was a killer but so enjoyable, he helped me achieve my body goals within the space of a few months through weekly training.
Sessions are fun, music is fantastic and up leave feeling great. If anyone wants to work with a trainer that care about you Alonso is the person to work with. You will not regret it.💪🏽💪🏽

Alonso’s classes are brilliant. He makes them challenging and enjoyable. Classes are varied so they are not repetitive. I have enjoyed strength and conditioning, dance and spin classes. Alonso keeps you motivated throughout the classes. Highly recommend him.
